Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes, you can cancel any membership tier at any time. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.
What are off-peak hours for Bronze members?
Off-peak hours are Monday-Thursday from 11am-5pm. Silver members get extended hours, and Gold members have unlimited 24/7 access.
How do simulator sessions work?
Each simulator session is 60 minutes. Bronze gets 4 sessions/month, Silver gets 8 sessions/month, and Gold members have unlimited access.
What are the league discounts?
Silver members receive 20% off all league registration fees. Gold members get 30% off leagues plus priority registration for popular leagues.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What events are exclusive to Gold members?
Gold members get early access to playoff viewing parties, meet-and-greets with local athletes, exclusive tournaments, and members-only tastings.
