• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy

3. Booking and Reservations

When making a booking at PROPLAY:

• Bookings are subject to availability
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees
• Pro members receive priority booking privileges

PROPLAY is not liable for:

• Lost or stolen personal belongings
• Technical issues affecting viewing or simulator experiences
• Third-party content displayed on our screens
